7″ Apple Pear Walnut Crumb


Ingredients: Apples, Pears, Flour, Butter, Brown Sugar, Sugar, Walnuts, Salt, Spices.

Storing Instructions:

If you are planning to eat your pie today you can go ahead and keep it out of the fridge in a cool, dry place. If you are going to eat it tomorrow or a few days from now, just put it in the fridge. Fruit pies will last about a week and custard based pies will last 4-5 Days.

If you decide to serve your pie warm put it in the oven at 300 for 10 minutes or so.

Freezing Instructions:

1. Remove your pie from it’s box & wrap it completely in plastic wrap.
2. Return your pie to it’s box and place it in the freezer.
3. Remove your pie from the freezer 6-8 hours before you intend to serve it, but don’t remove the plastic wrap! The plastic wrap will ensure that the condensation that forms while your pie is defrosting forms on the outside of the plastic wrap and not on your pie crust.
4. Once your pie has thoroughly defrosted you can put it in the oven for 10 minutes at 300 if you decide to serve it warm.
